Santos reportedly been sued for damages by Barcelona after Gabriel Barbos, known as Gabigol signed for Inter.
When Barcelona got Neymar in 2013, the deal included an option to buy Gabigolin in the future.
According to Brazilian newspaper Globo Esporte, Santos kept informed on the movement of Inter Barcelona last month and are given the opportunity to continue, reports Telegraph.
