Exhibition for best photography conducted during the past year, "World Press Photo 2012", was opened yesterday at the Museum of Rome in Italy. This special exhibition with pictures from around the world and will remain open to the public until May 20 this year. Photos related to events that occurred in 2011 and the exhibition are about 101 254 5247 photo sent by professional photographers, belonging to 124 different countries. The winning picture is that of the Spanish photographer Samuel Aranda, which shows a woman covered that embraces a relative wounded. The picture that has made the rounds of the world was fired at a mosque in Sanaa, capital of Yemen, which was adapted as a hospital for opponents of the regime of President Ali Saleh Abadullah, developed during fighting last October.
